By setting up advance AI, you help your bot understand complex user queries which may be entered by bot users.
In order to setup advance AI, firstly you need to understand the concepts of “Intents” and “Entities”.
Here AI confidence is an option that will help you to set confidence of the bot while replying to the users' queries. The default AI confidence set is 50% you can set the bot confidence as per your requirements. Here the answer to the query will only trigger confidence of AI is above the value of the percentage that you’ve set. if the value is lower the bot will trigger a default message.
